Our Pastors

Apostles Tony and Cynthia Brazelton are the Pastors of Victory Christian Church (VCCI) and Victory Christian Ministries International (VCMI). We are one church in many locations. Apostles Tony and Cynthia Brazelton became the pastors of Victory Christian Church International (VCCI) after the beloved founding pastors, Pastors Dwayne (2022) and Kitt Brewington (2011) both transitioned to heaven.
The Brazeltons also founded Victory Christian Ministries International (VCMI) in 1992 and have expanded into many locations. (Suitland , Waldorf, MD, Bowie, MD, Woodbridge VA, Washington DC , Orlando, FL as well as Middlesbrough, UK) They recently launched our newest location in St. Mary's County, MD! Each one of these dynamic ministries are specifically designed to build and strengthen a community-centered church.
They are committed to teaching the Word of God in a tangible and practical format that will cause you to grow, mature, and develop into the person God created you to be. Our ministry is dedicated to building strong families that in turn build strong communities that will impact the world for Jesus.
